Niamh is a founder member of Teaspach and toured with Island Theatre Company . She teaches drama and personal development to children and youth groups in disadvantaged communities in Limerick city and county. Niamh designed and delivered the outreach programme for Island Theatre Co.

She has performed with Impact in Valparaiso, A Slice of Theatre , The Mercy Seat, Magnum Hopeless, Fahrenheit 451 and'Happy Days'. Her own play Up from Our Knees was performed by Teaspach theatre company as part of the unfringed festival.
