A theatre and dance instructor, Eileen has previously worked as coordinator of Tipperary Youth Theatre. She has worked behind the scenes with Impact for a number of years on various productions and recently performed in A Slice of Theatre, Valparaiso, An Ordinary Day, Broken Glass andPlay by Samuel Beckett .
